The proceedings of the Colloquium CTMS2007 are selected lectures of the colloquium. The proceedings will be edited by an international.
The submitted papers are reviewed by anonymous referees. To publish an accepted paper, the author is required send the final version
of his paper in Latex format (the standard format).
